Five years ago we bought our 10 year old Missouri Foxtrotting Mare, Moqui, from Rex. We love her and we love Rex. He is somebody who is completely trustworthy, which isn't something you can say about lots of people in the horse industry. He treats people and horses with respect, kindness and honesty. He truly cares about matching up the right person with the right horse, rather than just trying to make a sale. He has very fair prices without the hard sell tactics. He always points out any horse's weaknesses right up front. It's important to Rex to foster a good relationship with those who buy his horses. He wants to know you will care for his horse, and conversely the horse will take care of you.
Not only is Moqui beautiful, but she is very smart, fast and smooth - exceptionally athletic, and very responsive to riding cues. She loves to go, and is flashy and showy. We would encourage anyone to go see Rex and his horses in their southwest wonderland."
